Happy Rojo Day!!!

Today we celebrate the life of my brother Ro, a true gift to his family and everyone who knew him. If you didn't know him you may have heard of him. He was an F-15 pilot with the Hawaii Air National Guard and a Captain for Hawaiian Airlines. It was this day three years ago that he moved on to serve a greater purpose. It was his heartwarming smile, his sincere kindness, and his sheer love and zest for life that is most mentioned about him.    

He was my first best friend!!

As a young boy and into adulthood he emulated dad in so many ways.

His wife Laura, Laura's mom Karen, their daughter Alena, and son Parker.

Me and my two handsome brothers.

The Kahala Hotel & Resort Bridal Showcase

I just want to say that I had a great time tonight at The Kahala meeting new people and seeing some familiar faces I have not seen in a long while. It is so nice to be included in a very special group of wedding industry professionals. I am so very grateful to The Kahala for putting this event together.

person as well as an awesome minister.

This is the Waialae Ballroom turned into a Moroccan Themed party complete with belly dancer.

There was also a sparkling wine tasting bar. SO COOL!!!

I met a very sweet couple who will be getting married in May '10. I believe we definitely resonated with one another.

Thank you Stuart, Grace, Jamie, Charles, Yoko, Jenny, and everyone else at The Kahala

for a very successful evening. I'm already looking forward to next year's event!
